Refund, Return or Replacement Policy

CeruLabs is committed to your health, safety and satisfaction, and we will endeavor to ensure that your expectations are always fulfilled. Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on certain products or services. Please see below for our refund policy for applicable products and services.

Return/Replacement

If your product is defective or damaged, please follow the Defective Items process below and contact support@cerulabs.com.

Refund Policy

  • If the test has not been shipped, we are able to provide a full refund upon request.
  • If the kit has been shipped but your sample hasn't been mailed back, we are able to provide a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
  • Once the sample has been mailed for processing, we are unable to provide any refunds.

Defective Items

In cases where the product is either damaged or defective, you must contact our customer service team at support@cerulabs.com within 24 hours of your receipt of the delivery.

If your product is defective or ineligible to be returned/refunded, please properly dispose of any unwanted items in accordance with applicable law.

Purchase Cancellations

Since we have same-day processing on our orders, cancellations are not permitted once an order has been processed. Should you have additional questions regarding our cancellation policy, please contact our customer service team at support@cerulabs.com.

Subscription Cancellation

CeruLabs offers subscription plans for customers who wish to receive regular health monitoring through periodic Cerugram tests. If you wish to cancel an existing subscription, please observe the following guidelines:

Cancellation Deadline

To avoid incurring charges for your next subscription shipment, you must cancel your subscription within 2 business days before your scheduled delivery date.

Cancellation Methods

You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account on our website and selecting the "cancel subscription" option. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team to request a cancellation.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for subscription products that have already been processed.

Automatic Renewals

If you fail to cancel your subscription by the cancellation deadline, your subscription will be automatically renewed for the next shipment cycle and normal billing charges will apply.

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our subscription cancellation policy. We reserve the right to change or modify this policy at our sole discretion.

Shipping Policy

CeruLabs ships our Cerugram test kits to customers throughout the United States. We are committed to providing fast, reliable and affordable shipping options.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer a variety of shipping methods. The shipping method and your location will determine the cost and delivery timeframe.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Due to this, once an order has been processed, we are no longer able to cancel or update the order. Product availability may be limited, and some products may not be available for immediate delivery, in which case, products will be delivered when they become available.

Delivery times vary depending on shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship our products to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses or to Post Office boxes.

Shipping Issues

Sample Collection & Return

Sample Collection

Your Cerugram kit includes all materials needed for safe and easy cerumen (earwax) sample collection. Please follow the included instructions carefully to ensure sample quality.

Return Shipping

A prepaid return shipping label is included with your kit. Please mail your sample within 48 hours of collection for optimal results. Samples received beyond the recommended timeframe may require recollection.

Results Delivery

Once your sample is received at our laboratory partner, results are typically available within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification when your results are ready to view in your account dashboard.

Sample Handling

All samples are processed by certified laboratory partners in accordance with applicable regulations. Samples are disposed of after analysis is complete unless you specifically request sample retention for future testing.
